Our readings today highlight the divine promise made to Abraham but how our trust needs to be like his when accepting the call to a deeper commitment to Christ. In questa seconda domenica di Quaresima, la bellezza delle letture della Scrittura ci invita a riflettere sulla Trasfigurazione di nostro Signore e su come egli ci parli attraverso questo evento miracoloso e soprannaturale. Le nostre letture di oggi mettono in evidenza la promessa divina fatta ad Abramo, ma anche come la nostra fiducia debba essere come la sua quando accettiamo la chiamata a un impegno più profondo con Cristo.
